　　一家鞋模廠，老闆三十年前起家，接許多運動鞋國際品牌的訂單，如愛迪達、Timberland、將門(Jump)、Goretex等名牌。國際品牌商將訂單交給代工鞋廠，代工鞋廠再發包給鞋模廠。現在某家鞋模廠經營上有遭遇困難，看看是不是需要企業診斷。這家工廠，在台灣、中國及越南設有營業據點。

　　台灣只有辦事處，沒有工廠，沒有什麼訂單，只有少數小貓兩三隻，一名負責財務，一名負責工程兼業務，一名負責人事，另外錄用老闆的家人做員工，均為重要的幹部，十足的家族企業。辦事處位在台中大甲的一處小巷子裡，跟一般的住家沒有兩樣，四周沒有車流，沒有人氣。
